Hello, NCLINe Community!
Join us for an interactive discussion on navigating government information in 2025. Panelists will share updates on current access issues and highlight efforts to preserve public data that is being removed or altered. We’ll explore the challenges of navigating government transparency and discuss strategies for ensuring long-term access to vital information. Attendees are invited to share their own experiences and ideas for how we can collectively advocate for open and reliable government data.
The presenters include:
David Durant, Federal Documents and Social Sciences Librarian, East Carolina University
Elisabeth Garner, Government Information Librarian, Center for Southeast North Carolina Archives & History, University of North Carolina Wilmington
Lynda Kellam, Snyder-Granader Director of Research Data & Digital Scholarship, University of Pennsylvania, an organizer with the Data Rescue Project
Please register to attend by June 10th.
